UK Delivery

Delivery varies from product to product. We try our best to give you a good idea of when you can expect your items. This is advertised on the basket and checkout. We offer tracking whenever possible at no extra cost.

European Delivery

We ship to most European countries. European deliveries may take a little bit longer. We advertise expected delivery dates on the basket and checkout.

America and Canada

We offer free standard delivery to USA and Canada. We try our best to give expected delivery dates on our basket and checkout.

Customs and Duty

We offer our products to as many people on Earth as possible. Most countries hold and charge duty for items as they enter your country. We endeavour to avoid issues like this but if it does happen, please let us know asap by e-mailing customer.service@margills.com

Where's my order!?

You can track your order using your email address and order number via our Order Tracking. If that doesn’t help, contact us at customer.service@margills.com

UK Returns

This is easy peesy. Just email us within 30 days of your purchase at customer.service@margills.com

European and International Returns

This is certainly possible however, you will have to pay return postage costs. Please return the item to Margills Clothing, 5 Martin Buildings, Errol, PH2 7QP, UNITED KINGDOM

My refund hasn't been processed yet

We process refunds as soon as we receive the item. Our delivery partners may take longer than expected to deliver your returned item. Royal Mail insist we wait at least 14 working day however, if you feel it’s been a bit too long, let us know by emailing customer.service@margills.com

Is your website secure?

Yes! We use SSL cryptographic protocol technology to protect you and your data while you shop. We use an advanced firewall to protect our business from unwanted visitors and our website security has been approved by McAfee SECURE.

Can I order a bespoke garment?

Yes, you can. This is not a service we typically offer however, as we design and produce clothing, we have the facilities to look into this for you.

Do you sell children's clothing?

We don’t offer children’s clothing although maybe in the future. Time will tell.

Can I have a discount?

Yep, you sure can. We offer discount codes from time to time to our beautiful followers on Twitter and Facebook or, when you add an item to your basket, you’ll be offered a special discount code, just for you!

Can I have a job?

We’re a tiny business at the moment with little cash but if you want some experience, we’re looking for volunteer designers, marketers and web developers. Email us at business@margills.com if you’re interested.
